Responsibilities
• Architect, design, and develop robust .NET-based applications aligned with organizational needs.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
• Execute end-to-end software development lifecycle processes with precision and quality focus.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews, ensuring best practices and high performance.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and drive technology innovations.
• Implement Agile/Scrum practices and ensure seamless team synchronization.
• Address security, compliance, and technical challenges effectively while keeping stakeholders informed on project milestones.
Requirements
Must-Have:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• 8–11 years of strong hands-on experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Expertise in relational databases such as SQL Server and optimized query handling.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Practical experience in leading software teams and projects, employing design patterns and best practices.
Preferred:
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
• Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer or Certified ScrumMaster.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools, data analytics, or global delivery collaborations.
