Full job description
Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for our visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all.
- Responsibilities: Greeting and assisting visitors: Welcome guests, direct them to the appropriate person or location, and provide information about the company.
- Answering phones: Answer incoming calls, route calls to the appropriate individuals, and take messages.
- Managing office correspondence: Receive, sort, and distribute mail, faxes, and other documents. Maintaining office supplies:
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Providing administrative support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Supervise housekeeping and ensure the office ambience is maintained to the highest standards at all times.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures: Follow established guidelines and procedures for handling sensitive information and customer interactions.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
