Drafting Associate

Role

I am looking to hire a full time Drafting Associate whose role will be to draft case notes, Supreme Court and High Court pleadings and written submissions. The Associate will also be responsible for brief management (physical briefs), prepping of briefs prior to date of hearing and some assistance to arguing counsel in Court. Areas of practice: arbitration, and arbitration related litigation, general writs, civil law and insolvency.

Remuneration

Between 55,000 to 65000 per month

Essential qualifications

• Minimum 5 years standing at the bar
