‘Rushabh Parekh Design Studio is looking to hire a DRAUGHTSMAN INTERIOR knowledgeable in HIGH-RISE RESIDENTIAL LUXURY AND HOSPITALITY PROJECTS, INCLUDING VILLAS:
EXPERIENCE MINIMUM OF 4 to 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE—MANDATORY
LOCATION – MUMBAI, LOWER PAREL
THE CANDIDATES SHOULD BE BASED OUT OF MUMBAI ONLY
SALARY – 40K to 80K (NEGOTIABLE)
IMMEDIATE JOINER WOULD BE THE FIRST PREFERENCE
Responsibilities and Skills:
Proficient in Luxurious residential projects working in Ability to make accurate working drawings (plans, elevations, sections, carpentry details)
Ability to read designer sketches and convert them into proper technical drawings
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and lighting layouts (basic)
Strong sense of color, layout, and typography
Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp. Illustrator, 2D, working CAD speed.
