Job Description
Holt of California is part of an elite group of Caterpillar dealers worldwide, offering a wide range of equipment including large and small construction tractors, forklifts, and prime/stand-by power generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely load and secure heavy equipment onto 16-tire trailers for transportation between locations.
Operate diesel-powered tractors in accordance with DOT federal and state regulations.
Perform light maintenance tasks such as fueling, greasing, repairing, and cleaning the truck.
Deliver equipment to customers within established time frames.
Conduct daily safety inspections and report any abnormalities to supervisors.
Requirements:
A valid Class A driver's license and a clean DMV record.
High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of equipment experience.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
