This position is responsible for:
• Ensuring the timely transportation of environmental samples from North York to Kingston
• Supporting the Collection and delivery of environmental samples for Eurofins clients within the GTA area
• Supporting the Depot operations to receive samples, log in, field client calls and take deliveries
• Working closely with the Depot supervisor and GTA driver to transport samples from North York (Depot) To Kingston (Depot)
• 6 hour shift - leaving North York at 19: and driving to Kingston to return to North York around 01:00
• Closing Depot and checking sample locker submissions
Qualifications
• Must hold current clean Ontario driving license
• Good understanding of IT and PC applications and software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,etc.)
• Able to lift 40lb coolers
• Good communication skills, work effectively and efficiently
• Knowledge of environmental samples considered an asset
• Self-starter, ambitious and energetic
• Lab experience considered an asset
