DRIVER Job description
OnRamp Logistics is a Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic team players to deliver Amazon packages. Delivery Associates strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on-time.
Company Vehicle Provided! No CDL Required!
Approximate hours are 4:30 am to 4:30 pm. for the box trucks; 5:30am to 6:30 pm for the Vans. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week. New drivers should plan on about 30 hours a week to start and will be in line to move to 40 hours a week as the shifts open. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SOME WEEKENDS.
Duties and Responsibilities
Drive a 16' or 24' box truck or a Van
Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
Unlike the regular Amazon Vans, we have only about 70 stops. We carry oversized packages up to 70 lbs. It's a great transition for current ZL drivers.
Box Truck Drivers should be able to lift 75 lbs by yourself and up to 300+ as part of the team (we used wheeled dollies and shoulder dollies). Many of our current drivers worked for FedEx, moving companies, and similar delivery services.
Compensation & Benefits
$17.50/hour to start for the Van drivers
$18.50/hour to start for box truck drivers
PLUS include attendance and performance bonuses

Basic Requirements: Eligible to work in the U.S
At least 21 years of age
Regular license for VAN or Box truck. We will pay for the DOT Med Card for Box truck drivers. We also have some helper positions at $16.00 /hour. This can grow into a driving position once training and/or certifications are achieved.
