The Opportunity
Veolia is seeking multiple experienced HR licenced drivers to join our team in Kilburn 5084. You will be part of our mission to create a sustainable future with consistent early starts, keeping your afternoons free! Operating our Front Lift or Rear Lift vehicles, you'll help our valued commercial customers manage their waste efficiently. We invest in your growth by providing comprehensive training across different vehicle types.
What's on offer
Consistent Monday to Friday roster with early morning starts (midnight to 4 am)
Attractive penalty rates for work before 3:30 am
Finish early and enjoy your afternoons
Regular hours - rare in the transport industry!
Weekends on a rotating roster, where applicable

What you'll be responsible for
Operating a waste collection truck in a safe and efficient manner
Contributing to our strong safety culture
Servicing secure long-term contracts
Building relationships with our valued customers
Conducting thorough vehicle inspections
What you'll need to be successful
A minimum HR licence is essential
Ability to obtain a National Police Check
Have a safe driving record; a current driving record will be required
Willingness to undergo a medical assessment, including a drug and ******* test
A positive, can-do attitude and a strong commitment to safety
Experience in the waste industry is a bonus, but not essential – we value your potential!
