Job Description
Operate assigned vehicles.
• Ensure the vehicle is in good working condition, conducting pre-trip inspections and reporting any mechanical issues or damages.
• Safely transport passengers, goods, or materials to designated locations, following specified routes and schedules.
• Assist passengers with embarking and disembarking, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey.
• Secure goods or materials properly to prevent damage during transportation.
• Familiarize oneself with the designated routes and use navigation tools.
• Adjust routes as necessary to accommodate road closures, traffic congestion, or special instructions.
• Adhere to safety procedures and ensure the vehicle is equipped with necessary safety equipment.
• Be prepared to respond to emergencies, including accidents or breakdowns, by following established protocols and notifying appropriate authorities or supervisors.
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers or clients, ensuring a positive and comfortable transportation experience.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading their belongings, provide information or assistance as needed, and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Regularly inspect and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle. Perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Keep the vehicle interior clean and tidy at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents that occur during transportation.
• Complete necessary logs, reports, or documentation as required by the organization.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations governing transportation.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and any additional certifications required for specific vehicles or routes.
• Communicate effectively with passengers, clients, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure clear understanding of transportation requirements, schedules, or changes.
• Collaborate with other drivers or team members to coordinate logistics, share information, and support overall transportation operations.
• Stay updated on transportation industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Attend training programs or workshops to enhance driving skills, learn new techniques, or acquire additional certifications as relevant to the role.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
