We are looking for a Driver Admin responsible for overseeing daily driver attendance, ensuring that all drivers are clocked into their shifts on time and log their attendance records. They will need to constantly contact the warehouse team to effectively communicate which drivers are running late and which drivers will not be attending their shifts. Driver Admin should be focused, detail-oriented, and target driven. And also should be polite, accurate, knowledgeable, and able to work well within a team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensuring drivers are on time to their shifts
Communication with the warehouse team regarding tardy and absent drivers
Tracking delivery times hourly
Answering emails, text messages and phone calls from drivers
Accepting shift cancelation requests from drivers
Working closely with the team and the manager on assignments and projects
Updating attendance tracker daily
Attending team meetings
Filing report for work done each day
Providing Assistance to Compliance to and assisting with driver Documentation
Assisting with company Assets such as Driver Phones
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience and Qualifications:
Passion for learning
Dedicated to creating great outcomes
Some project management experience
Friendly, positive personality, and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner
Ability to listen well and communicate effectively, orally and in writing with various audiences
Ability to create and maintain a positive and collaborative team environment
Ability to work on several tasks/projects simultaneously, prioritize, and follow throughwith successful outcomes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent organizational skills and ability to successfully navigate in an ambiguous environment
Excellent Communication Skills
Requirements :
Should have laptop and fiber internet with power backup as a plus.
