Description
• Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and personnel to and from construction sites.
• Ensure adherence to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Maintain a clean driving record and report any incidents or accidents immediately to the supervisor.
• Vehicle Maintenance:
• Perform regular checks and maintenance of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Report any vehicle malfunctions or needed repairs promptly to the supervisor.
• Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.
• Material Handling:
• Assist in loading and unloading construction materials and equipment from the vehicle.
• Ensure materials are properly secured during transport to prevent damage.
• Site Assistance:
• Provide assistance at the construction site, including moving materials, setting up equipment, and helping with basic tasks as directed by the site supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while on-site.
• Support to Team:
• Assist site engineers, supervisors, and other team members with various tasks as needed.
• Be available to support the team with additional duties that may arise during the course of work.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any other relevant details.
• Submit all required reports and logs to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Emergency Response:
• Be available to respond to emergencies or urgent requests outside of regular working hours as needed.
• Ensure readiness to assist with urgent transportation needs or other support tasks.
• Travel and Availability:
• Be willing to travel to different construction sites as required.
• Maintain availability for work 24 hours a day, with appropriate rest periods as per company policy.
