Job Description
Main Activities
· Ensure the safe transport of staff and visitors in a timely & courteous manner.
· Maintaining the assigned cars and two wheelers, including, keeping it clean, and ensuring that regular service and maintenance work are done.
· Maintain the logbooks as instructed and update the same on a timely basis.
· Ensuring office is opened and closed timely.
· Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of office premises at all times. Ensuring comfort for staff and visitors to the office.
· Maintenance and upkeep of first aid box.
· Undertake all kind of indoor and outdoor repairs and maintenance work as required and instructed.
· Undertake banking duties and the settlement of local bills as instructed.
· Undertake booking and cancellation of train/bus tickets as instructed.
· Undertake local purchases, local hand deliveries, postal dispatches and other outdoor work as instructed by the admin department.
· Organize and arrange for conference rooms, materials, refreshments as required and instructed for the smooth conduct of training, meetings, and workshops.
· Management of stationery in the office, including stocking, disbursement, re-order as needed.
· Take over delegated duties in the absence of receptionist & housekeeping staff.
· Support in maintenance of uninterrupted power supply in the office.
· Support HR and admin as requested and delegated.
Sub tasks
· Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management.
Requirements
· Any Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer applications / PUC.
· Valid Driver’s license with LMV
Professional and behavioural traits
· At least one year experience in administration in the development sector.
· At least five to six years’ experience in driving two wheelers & four wheelers.
· At least one year experience in using computers.
· Abide by and display CBM core values in all aspects of work.
· Flexibility to varying work demands.
· Ability to work in teams and collaborate with staff at all levels.
· Willingness to learn, change and adapt.
· Well organized with the ability to multitask.
· Moderate degree of cultural awareness and sensitivity.
· Moderate to good front office skills.
· Moderate to good level of verbal & written communication skills.
· Proficiency in basic computer skills like Microsoft Word & excel.
· Awareness on disability and related matters.
· Ability to write simple incident reports.
· Good knowledge of vehicular repair & maintenance.
· Good knowledge on road travel regulations and safety guidelines
· Knowledge of multiple road routes within the city as well as out of city.
Tools
· Practical knowledge in Basic computer skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
