Driver FNF - Driver team leader
Resolve driver related issue (Maintenance , Allowance, Other)
Leading the driver team - Smooth function
Must be from transport/logistics industry. All the relevant applicants
Vehicles development with a logistic company will only be preferred
Maintain and analyze recruiting strategies driving fleet driver and owner operator growth
He must track all the shipments / consignments from placement of vehicle to collection of the POD (Proof Of Delivery).
He must possess great negotiation and communication skills.
Need a person who have a great hold over the road transportation market.
Complete and maintain Driver Document (DD) files
Analyze and maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly recruiting and retention goals
