About the role We are pleased to announce an opening for Driver in Delhi, India. In this role you are expected to carry out transport service in a customer service oriented and safe & timely manner. Handle mail/documents/material and personnel, meeting required timetables and ensure that vehicles are maintained to acceptable standards Key Accountabilities Include:
• Maintains a regular schedule picking up and delivering inter office, department, company and external Company documents mails small packages to and from all points.
• Updates the log book of documents deliver and receive on a daily basis for proper recording.
• Copies documents by keeping machine loaded with paper, ensuring it is in proper working order and arranging repairs when necessary.
• Photocopies documents and assists with obtaining ordinances or other legal documents
• Serves as key transportation provider by driving various vehicles to pick up and deliver documents, mails and people to various destinations.
• Assist in all aspects of keeping to maintain the smooth activities within administration
• Perform filing and maintain all types of file.
• Complete housekeeping duties in the filing room to ensure all items are stored correctly and tidily in their relevant locations.
• Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
• Ensure full awareness of work health and safety requirements and expectations in order to minimize health and safety risks for self and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, security, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the operation to guarantee employee safety, security, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality service with a responsible environmental attitude.
• Take a direct and personal interest in reported injuries, incidents, near misses and hazards to ensure that appropriate reporting, investigation and response is being achieved.

Qualifications To be successful in this role you will need.
• High school graduation
• Must be holder of Driver’s license (car) and if needed able to obtain airport driving pass
• Should have at least 2 years of experience driving Light and Heavy Motor Vehicles
• Must have clerical background
• Should be able to Speak, read and write English
• Able to pass airport driving related trainings if needed
• Computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
