Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for the company director. The ideal candidate will ensure punctuality, maintain discretion, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism while performing driving and related responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport the company director to and from appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timeliness and efficiency.
- Plan and determine optimal routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the assigned vehicle, including regular servicing and inspections.
- Adhere to traffic laws and company policies to ensure a safe and secure driving experience.
- Assist with errands, such as deliveries, pickups, or purchases, as requested by the director.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
- Protect the confidentiality of the director by maintaining discretion regarding all matters discussed or overheard during work.
- Keep detailed records of trips, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules.
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a personal or executive driver is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and navigation tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent time management skills and punctuality.
- Good physical condition and stamina for long hours of driving.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
Preferred Requirements
- Prior experience working as a driver for senior executives or high-profile individuals.
- Defensive driving training or certification.
- Familiarity with Mumbai and surrounding areas.
