Job description
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products. Professionalism in customer service. Receive and relay information to central dispatch. Sell products over established routes. Assemble, install and set-up merchandise/products. Load and unload goods. Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Air Brake (Z) Endorsement. Driver's License (Class 3 or D). DZ class license. Transportation/travel experience: Local. Regional. Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Overtime required. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Cellular phone. Personal suitability: Client focus. Organized. Reliability. Team player.
