Job Description
• Look After Daily 50+ AMTS BUS Operation.
• Manage Drivers Team, Train & Motivate them for smooth daily operation.
• Hire and recruit new drivers as per requirements.
• Reduce penalty occur from Driver Operation.
• Planning for next day Operation.
• Daily meeting and reporting to Operation Head
• Arrange Spare Driver in absence of any driver.
• Complete daily maintenance checks on Bua and notify manager of any issues.

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
• total work: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
• Driving License (Preferred)
