Job Description
Provide courteous and efficient transportation services for hotel guests to and from the hotel, airport, and other designated locations.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from the vehicle.
• Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs according to the guests' schedule and hotel policy.
• Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
• Report any vehicle maintenance needs or issues to the appropriate department.
• Schedule regular servicing and maintenance checks for the vehicle.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and hotel policies to ensure the safety of passengers.
• Ensure all necessary driving licenses, permits, and certifications are valid and up-to-date.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests warmly, and assisting with inquiries or special requests.
• Offer suggestions on local attractions, restaurants, and activities when appropriate.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner and report them to management if necessary.
