Responsibilities
Deliver professional, structured driving lessons to adult students, ensuring clarity and confidence in each session
Assess individual student needs and tailor instruction accordingly to maximize learning outcomes
Maintain a safe, supportive classroom environment both in the vehicle and during theoretical instruction sessions
Guide students through all phases of driver education, including practical skills, traffic laws, and safety protocols
Monitor student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement
Manage classroom activities efficiently, balancing practical driving with theoretical discussions when applicable
Document student performance, lesson plans, and progress reports accurately and promptly
Requirements
Proven experience as a Driving Instructor with a focus on adult education or classroom teaching
Valid driving license with a clean driving record and extensive driving experience in various conditions
Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions and foster understanding among diverse learners
Demonstrated ability to manage classroom dynamics and maintain discipline in both vehicle-based and theoretical settings
Excellent interpersonal skills with patience, enthusiasm, and motivational qualities
Knowledge of traffic laws, safety standards, and best practices for driver education
Prior experience working with students or in educational environments is highly desirable
