Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Drone Service Technician at Asteria Aerospace Limited in Gurugram. The Drone Service Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of drones. They will also provide field service and customer support for our clients. This role requires expertise in drone maintenance and strong customer service skills. Qualifications • Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting, and Field Service skills • Customer Service and Maintenance experience • Knowledge of drone technology and components • Familiarity with aerial data collection and analysis • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Relevant certifications in drone technology and maintenance are a plus
