Job Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled handyman-type subcontractor or crew with strong experience in drywall, taping, and carpentry. Candidates with additional trade experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Complete drywall boarding, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing as required
Perform carpentry and general repair work
Handle a variety of renovation and finishing tasks on residential and commercial projects
Read and follow work orders, site instructions, or project specifications
Work independently or as part of a crew to meet project deadlines
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Communicate clearly regarding project progress and availability
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in drywall, taping, and carpentry
Proven experience in drywall, taping, and carpentry
Ability to complete work to a high professional standard
Experience on residential and/or commercial job sites
Must have own tools
Must have reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
Good communication and reliability
Valid work permit or legal eligibility to work in Canada
