Position Overview
Job Title : DS Technology Service Specialist
Location : Pune
Role Description
This role is for Data Analyst within Technology Business Management Office (TBMO) team. TBMO is responsible for providing bank wide technology cost transparency that enables the bank to maximise the value of its technology spend.
TBMO supports technology cost decisions and business case information requirements using the Apptio cost model that enables technology leaders and business partners to understand the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of their technology decisions.
The candidate is expected to have sound Data and Process Management experience. Due to the nature of the team and role, working under time-pressure to meet monthly production timeline is a key requirement.

Your key responsibilities :
• Managing and coordinating the monthly production process by liaising with different parts of TBMO team, Finance and TDI organisation
• Ensuring provision of accurate, timely & consumable cost transparency MI for our stakeholders
• Partnering with TDI organisation, Business & Infrastructure stakeholders to ensure that TBM remains an active and key part of the IT decision-making process
• Driving continuous improvement and standardisation of processes, including implementation of TBM principles and best practices
• Developing sound knowledge of IT products, services, cost management, allocation methodologies and dbTBM reporting platforms
Your skills and experience :
• Process Management with experience in working in large organisation and with great volume of data
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to quickly comprehend and build complex financial models experience with Apptio software or other cost modelling platforms is preferred
• A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills ensuring clear transparency on progress of deliverables
• Knowledge of SQL & reporting platforms (Tableau / PHP) are preferred
• Basic data modelling and intermediate excel skills
