Position - Marketing Executive • Exp - 2+ years • Location -Crystal IT Park, Indore (WFO) • 5 Days working • Responsibilities: - Lead SEO initiatives, conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page elements, and building high-quality backlinks to improve organic search rankings and website traffic. - Manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and ongoing optimization for maximum ROI. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and campaigns across various marketing channels. - Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. - Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes related to SEO and PPC, adjusting strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage. - Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors involved in digital marketing efforts. - Assist in the development of engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media content, and ad copy. • Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Proficiency in setting up and managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. - Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and interpret website traffic and user behavior. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Creative mindset and ability to think strategically about marketing campaigns. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented and results-driven. • Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Application Question(s): - What is your current & expected CTC?
