About the role:

The DSA Sales Manager – reporting to the Head of DSA Operations - is the one responsible for overall sales and cross sell targets through building and development of internal team and external channels. To drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved. To build strong relationships with prospective clients so as to ensure business continuity.

Responsibilities:
• Implement and engage in branch promotion activities
• Proactively reach out to potential clients and explain the entire process of Secured and Unsecured loan while setting correct expectations
• Candidate should have good knowledge and understanding of local market
• Candidate have to solve customers’ queries
• Monitor the leads and check for the quality of sourcing
• Initiate different campaigns to push sales in all different channels
• Manage internal & external customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of the markets / competition / process and products available in the markets and provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market.
• Organize and track all potential leads and maintain proper MIS
• Ensure digital leads are converted to sanction and disbursement

· Effectively manage connector and builder relationships to ensure strong business

· Achieve the Budgeted sales target from the designated regions on monthly basis
• Responsible for Achieving the Annual Target

Qualifications
• 2- 4 years of experience in sales preferably in DSA or in Bank/NBFC
• Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
• High Communication Skills
• Adequate Knowledge of Basic Banking Products (Secured/Unsecured Loan)
• Basic Knowledge of English written/spoken.
• Excellent Computer Skills
