Job Summary: Assist Corporate Supply Chain team, GBUs and Projects on monthly reports, performs supplier screening requests and handles supplier related queries via designated mailboxes. Manages test plans for Project Management Cycles (PMCs) from planning, execution, through production deployment and validation. Has working knowledge of all modules of Digital Supply Chain System (DSCS) and assist users across modules. Major Responsibilities: Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards and SSRS reports to support data-driven decision-making. Perform data analysis, investigation, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy, integrity, and quality across systems and file formats. Conduct data comparisons, reconciliations, and cleanups to enhance data consistency and reliability. Generate and maintain project procurement metrics and performance data, including automated exception reports and alerts (via MS Teams and email). Assist with the implementation, setup, and data quality of procurement and inventory software at project sites, including Inventory/Site Sense. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and develop innovative, efficient data workflows. Prepare technical and user documentation for data processing, dashboards, and reports. Conduct training sessions and create user support materials to promote understanding of data tools and data quality best practices. Act as first point of contact for data-related issues, analyzing and resolving errors in inventory, Site Sense, and digital supply chain systems. Facilitate data integration and transformation of structured and unstructured data from diverse sources. Work with project teams to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues relating to DSCS transactions (MR, PO, ASN, MRR, MWR, UOS&D, transfers, movements, and reporting) including application testing and providing guidance to users to ensure data accuracy in DSCS. Education and Experience Requirements: Level 1: Required 1-5 years of experience. Level 2: Required 5+ Year of experience. Graduate with IT background preferred. Required Knowledge and Skills: Procurement System Automation. Minimum 2 years assisting DSCS preferred. Working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL preferred. Experience of relational database management systems (RDBMS) preferred. Experience with advanced trouble shooting techniques. Experience of having supported projects for automation. Experience with MS Teams and Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of Jira systems, HPQC, MS SharePoint preferred. Strong planning, prioritization and organization skills. A customer-service-oriented individual with a demonstrated professional demeanor and communication style.
