Position: Graphic Designer
Type of job: Full Time (in house)
Qualification: Any graduate/ Postgraduate
Eligibility: Male candidates with at least 3‐year experience as a graphic designer
Location: Pitampura, Delhi
Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days working)
Salary: 20k to 30k per month

Job Summary
Responsible for the layout, design and production activities to produce graphic‐design deliverables, including print, web and video applications, applying in‐depth knowledge of applicable software and techniques. Coordinates in‐house and outside vendor services.
Roles and Responsibility
1. Produces sophisticated graphic design artwork to support marketing efforts using technology and computer software packages for either print, web or video.
2. Applies professional graphic design principles to the creation of documents, websites and other graphic products.
3. Confers with internal clients to discuss and determine layout design or other project requirements.
4. Provides design advice and guidance to clients.
5. Manages larger and more complex design projects.
6. Responsible for designs that are on strategy and reflects brand's personality across print campaigns, email campaigns, web banners, landing pages, etc.
7. Should possess in depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop,
InDesign, Illustrator, FrameMaker, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word,
PowerPoint specifically)
8. Must have good knowledge in HTML, Dreamweaver and CSS.
+. Should have experience in designing event creative artwork, marketing collaterals, websites, posters, emails, banners and other marketing assets.
10. An eye for design and maintaining a brand identity.
11. Understanding and editing Java and Java Scripting would be plus.
12. Support marketing projects like, Events, Collaterals, Website, campaigns, Online
Promotions, Videos, Brand building, Brand awareness, Client Community, etc.
13. Manage and responsible for the creative and collateral repositories
Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients.
Ability to effectively present information.
Requires ability to do project budgets and cost estimates.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
Other Skills
Must have a solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print and web publishing and graphic design principles.
HTML and CSS would be an added advantage
Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and FrameMaker.
Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of graphic designing or desktop publishing.
