Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic leader as Head of Operations who would be a part of Dusminute's core team responsible for end-to-end handling of retail operations at Dusminute stores. The selected candidate would be closely working with the founders managing their department & responsible for the KPIs.The responsibilities include:- Overseeing all new store launches- Implement and maintain all retail operational policies and procedures to incorporate a sales plan, cost control, shrinkage management and reduction, audit compliance and people management- Plan, identify, communicate and delegate key responsibilities and practices to the store management team to ensure a smooth flow of retail operations- Maintain store staff by assisting in recruitment, selection, orientation and training.- Responsible for all store-level PnL- Increase sales to maximize profitability while reducing costs through well-managed operational controls- Propose measures to improve operational performance- Setting & review of sales results versus targets and budget- Identify current and future requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements- Use a range of internal and external information data to initiate business changes and create a customer-focused culture (ref:iimjobs.com
