Roles & Responsibilities :
Having 3 + years of experience in content management
Having experience with different State Exams like UP Police, MP Police, UP Lekhpal, UP RO ARO, MP Patwari, UPSSSC PET, etc., and a good understanding of the pattern, difficulty level, and syllabus of these exams.
Have qualified minimum 2 State exams and good scores in specially GK
Good content knowledge and an interest in content research
Good knowledge of Users appearing in different exams
Good managerial skills and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with strict deadline projects and good in pressure handling.
Having experience of team management will be preferred
Good knowledge of G Suite, Excel and AI Tools like Chat GPT etc
Job Responsibilities :
Doing exam research for various teaching exams including central as well as state-level exams
Analyze and research exams patterns, types of questions and difficulty level to remain updated with the latest trends in questions asked in competitive exams
Interact with users to understand their needs, take feedback and resolve their doubts
Review content and questions created by other SME/Content Developers to ensure quality
Train Content Developers (both in-house, AI and freelancers) to make them deliver better content
Collaborate with and manage key stakeholders - marketing teams, Operations Team, Faculty team etc.
Identify expansion opportunities of the category; expand the team accordingly.
Lead and manage the content team to ensure that high-quality content is created; ensure timely production of the content with quality.
