Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager located in Nagpur. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, handling guest inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer service. They will also be responsible for maintaining hotel standards, coordinating events, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in the hospitality industry
Ability to work well under pressure
Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles
Flexibility in work hours
Previous experience in a managerial role
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
