Duties & Responsibilities:
• You will ensure the training and development of your Team.
• Empowering your team to drive the business at every opportunity, especially during peak periods, to maximize revenues and ensure the best customer service is delivered consistently.
• Ensure Hotel standards are delivered at all times and drive the Hotel towards the overall business goals.
• You will take care of guests from their arrival through to their departure from the Hotel.
• You will contribute to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout the guests’ stay.
• You will act as Duty Manager as required by your rota.
• You will promote the Hotel’s facilities, both Food & Beverage and Accommodation, and help meet the Department’s targets.
• Handles guest complaints if they have not been dealt with by team members and provides a rapid solution.
• Responsible for all OTA platforms. Hands on experience on OTA platforms.
• Ensures that the hotel’s pricing policy is correct (price value, start and end of price validity) Ensures that guest documentation and information is available and up-to-date.
• Updates staff noticeboards to communicate daily targets and performance scores with team (revenue, occupancy rates, average room rate, activity forecasts, headcount planning, quality survey scores, etc.)
Qualification & Requirements:
• 7+ Experience within a Front Office Duty Manager role from the Hospitality industry only.
• Proven experience of leading and managing others.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines, and work under pressure with the ability to motivate others within the Front Office Team.
• Good Communication and Listening Skills.
