Right now, we’re looking for 4 Duty Managers to join our Auckland team. If you love fast-paced service, working with people, and leading from the front, read on!


What you’ll bring:
3+ years’ hospitality experience and are confident leading a team while ensuring compliance with NZ Liquor Licensing laws.
A current LCQ and Manager’s Certificate.
Confidence managing shifts and ensuring compliance with NZ liquor laws.
You’re no stranger to flexible hours across a 7-day roster, including weekends.
A passion for creating outstanding customer experiences.
Great communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coach and support others.

What you’ll be doing:
Supervising daily operations and leading the team across all service periods.
Maintaining compliance with NZ liquor licensing laws and health & safety regulations.
Focusing on wage and cost of goods (COG) targets to support profitability and ensure resourcing aligns with sales activity.
Opening and closing the venue, cashing up, and completing operational reporting.
Actively supporting team development and service training.
Engaging with guests, managing complaints, and ensuring the venue maintains a high standard of presentation and service.
Contributing to the delivery of venue targets, team incentives, and company initiatives.
