With a strong focus on service excellence, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Duty Manager to join our leadership team.
Job Summary
As Duty Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and team. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong communication skills, initiative, and a commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage
Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally
Monitor staff performance and provide support or training as needed
Manage shift handovers, cash handling, and daily reports
Enforce hotel policies and health & safety standards
Act as the main point of contact in the absence of senior management
About You
Previous experience in a similar hotel supervisory or duty manager role
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Flexible to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
RSA certification (Required)
