Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Duty Manager at The Retreat Hotel & Convention Centre in Mumbai. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, coordinating events and conferences, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel.
