Job Description
SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Full Time Duty Manager to join the team at Perth Airport.
As a Duty Manager, you will provide day-to-day operational support for our frontline team and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
People and performance management including daily mentoring and coaching for the frontline team to maximise and drive sales
Maintaining a strong and positive focus on customer services to manage conflict and resolve customer concerns
Achieving targets and KPIs, and delivering high audit and compliance standard for the business
Reporting and daily fleet management
Opening and closing rental agreements
Selling additional over the counter rental products
Managing reservations
Speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone
Qualifications
Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster during location trading hours, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends and public holidays
Demonstrated ability to lead a high performing team in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience
Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets
Excellent verbal and written communication and conflict resolution skills
Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver’s Licence
Full working rights in Australia
All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check.
