Salary: Up to £27,000 per year

We're seeking energetic and creative individuals with huge personalities to join our management team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing great customer service.
The Ideal Candidate
Energetic and infectious personality to give our guests the best possible experience
Creative and passionate with a can-do attitude when it comes to providing great customer service
Flexible with shifts and able to commute to the venue
A minimum of 2 years supervisor/management experience in the hospitality or Leisure sector
The Role
Ensure an immaculate guest journey from start to finish
Serve as the port of call for our guests, handling check-ins, cocktail preparation, and table cleaning
Ensure everyone has a fully immersive experience
Represent the Lane7 brand to the best of your ability and immerse yourself in our amazing atmosphere
Enforce health and safety and food management policies among teams
Respond to complaints within given parameters or escalate to the General Manager
Work alongside the management team to report and resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
Lead shifts, ensuring all team members are briefed for the shift ahead
Maintain great product knowledge of all F&B offerings, adhering to brand guidelines
