We currently have an opportunity for a Duty Manager. Join our Health & Education team and play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence. Reporting to Executive Manager, Operations and Performance, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
Please note this is a 6 months max term contract.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Act as the escalation and resolution point for service delivery matters across Soft Services and Hard FM.
Maintain effective operations and ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
Build and sustain professional relationships with internal service lines and external stakeholders.
Lead Zero Harm initiatives and ensure compliance with WHS and emergency management processes.
Support quality improvement through inspections, audits, and SOP updates.
What You’ll Bring
Extensive experience in healthcare support services, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles.
Strong understanding of WHS and emergency management protocols, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders including clinicians, service providers, and internal teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead service delivery improvements, manage escalations, and maintain high standards of operational performance.
A commitment to continuous improvement, quality assurance, and fostering collaborative working relationships across service lines.
