The role involves looking after all aspects of looking after the store in the evening.

Ideally you will have a manager's certificate and already have some supervisory grocery experience.


Your responsibilities will include:


Organizing the daily operation of grocery department,
Serving customers in a warm and welcoming way,
Supervise and lead the grocery team to deliver a high standard of presentation,
Enforcing legislation around the sale of age restricted goods,
Some fresh food experience would be advantageous.
Completing and processing online and UberEATS transactions,
Resolving customer complaints,
Involves looking after all aspects of the store as duty manager in the evening,
Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times.
What we are looking for:

Ideally with a current General Manager’s Certificate.
Have some leadership quality, people focus and loving serving customers
Must be Physically fit – you will be on your feet all day and moving between checkouts and supervising self-serve checkouts.
Customer service driven – you will spend a lot of time helping our customers.
Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
Reliable with lots of positive attitude, confidence, and maturity.
Have a good work ethic and be able to work well under pressure
Can cope with the seasonal demands of working in a busy retail team.
Full-time position available.
