Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager - Front Office located in Ahmedabad. The Duty Manager will oversee daily front office operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing office administration, addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating smooth check-in and check-out processes. The role requires close interaction with guests and colleagues to maintain a welcoming and efficient front office environment.

Qualifications
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in Front Office and Office Administration
• Strong Communication skills
• Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in handling guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
