Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Foster a positive team culture where you are recognised as a respected and effective leader
Lead, supervise and develop a diverse team to deliver an exceptional standard of service.
Recruit, train and mentor team members to build capability and drive performance
Build strong relationships with guest and colleagues to enhance service delivery and commercial success
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless operations
Ensure strict compliance with liquor licensing, health and safety, food safety and all relevant legislation.
Job requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality
current general managers certificate
excellent communication skills
Strong food and beverage knowledge, including local wines and produce.
Minimum Level 7 or above qualification in Business or Management
A full class one drivers licence with clean record
