Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth business operations at the spa center Should be able to maintain high standards of ethics. Increase guest engagement
• Enhance revenue from services, memberships and other products to achieve budgets
• Guest servicing and escalation handling
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed
• Execute in-store relevant marketing & activation tools
• Maintain service quality standards at all times while implementation of brand SOP’s
• Making daily &month MIS reports as per systems & software provided
Experience and desirables:
• Graduate / MBA / Diploma in Hotel management / Aviation / Sales & Marketing / Retail Management
• Experience in Spa, Salon, Retail, F&B, Hospitality, Hotels & QSR preferred
• Should possess excellent communication skills
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Team player with high degree of empathy
