Full job description

We're recruiting for a reliable hands-on Duty Manager to support the daily operations of our fri(including evenings and a weekend shift) - ensuring our customers have an awesome shopping experience, supporting our team members, and keeping the store safe and well-presented.

What you will be doing:

Oversee the store during your shift

Provide leadership and support to staff across all departments

Handle customer queries and concerns

Monitor store standards and compliance (food, security and health and safety)

What you will bring:

Previous retail or supermarket experience (supervisory or leadership experience is preferred)

Great people skills and a calm, confident leadership style with a passion for team success

Strong problem-solving ability

Attention to detail

A positive, can-do attitude and flexibility with working hours

A passion for customer service
