Duty Manager | Wedding Host | senior position
Are you our next superstar Host? We’ve got an opening for someone who loves hospo, who is passionate about giving customers the best experience, and – importantly – knows how to run F&B service!
We don’t know what to call this role – it doesn’t fit neatly into F&B Manager, it’s more than just a Restaurant Manager, and part of the job is Event Coordinator! As Host you’ll have responsibility for on-the-day delivery of successful weddings and events. You'll also be involved with some pre-event planning.
It's important to note that we’re not a restaurant open to the public – it’s weddings and events only – so evening and weekend work is part of the fun.
We’re looking for:
Relevant hospitality experience and industry knowledge
A current Manager’s Certificate
Great attitude and work ethic
A passion for weddings and events
Experience running private functions/events
