The Hotel Wroxham is recruiting an experieced hotel duty manager. The hotel has 18 bedrooms, a restaurant serving modern, varied, inspirational cuisine. We have a bar area and bar lounge and large outside terraces overlooking the river. We are an extremely busy all year hotel and we have grown into a thriving all year healthy business. The hotel is family owned and it has achieved and maintained extremely high standards of cuisine and service as it continues to grow.
You will be required to cover the restaurant , bar and reception duties whilst leading our front of house team.
As duty manager you will be hands on, friendly and professional, offer the highest levels of service with attention to detail. Engage with customers and hotel guests, and lead and support other staff members in an organised and confident manner.
You must be reliable and motivated and work under pressure.
We require at least one years supervisory experience in hospitality.
Flexible 4 day working week available. Salary available
Full time and part time
