Registered Nurse with current NZ Nursing Council Annual Practising Certificate.
Minimum 5 years post-registration experience, including 2 years in an acute or forensic setting.
Current portfolio.
Postgraduate nursing qualification (or working towards diploma/ Masters).
Previous experience in senior nursing leadership is highly desirable.
Strong ability to plan, organise, and direct activities of others.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills under pressure.
