Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Officer located in Jaipur. The Duty Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities at the multiplex. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining safety and security protocols, handling emergencies, and coordinating between various departments to ensure smooth operations. The Duty Officer will also ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols along with the ability to handle emergencies
• Operational coordination and organizational skills
• Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
