Opening for Digital Strategy & Project Management Lead (GRADE:DVP) fro Head Office of a leading Bank in Kolkata location.
Location - Kolkata
Salary - As per industry
Primary Role & Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Responsibilities:
- Understanding our current trajectory, the implications, and where the opportunities are to derive value
- Developing digital strategy for the Bank conjoint with the channels, digital and products. Generate an ideas funnel towards achieving results in-line with the overall strategy. Architecting the digital roadmap for the bank
- Continuously review the progress of execution against strategy and make necessary changes as and when required
Project Management Responsibilities:
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
Other Responsibilities:
This roles involves in depth stakeholder management and communication to CXOs, MD & Boards hence person will be responsible for
- Preparation of multiple presentations, status update of Digital Banking departments for senior management committees, MD and Board
- Will be directly working with Department Head and Vertical Head for assisting them to draw insight from various internal or external data and presentation to top management.
Core Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA from reputed college.Digital Banking certifications would be added advantage
- Overall experienceof 10+ years in consulting firm with digital, payments and project management experience
- Experience in digital product development, Building and executing digital strategy of Banks/Fintech
- Experience in large scale project management, preferably with PMP certification
- Good communication and presentation skills. Experience in handling communication with CXOs, Board is must
