Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of HR BPs and partners with business to align HR strategy with business strategy.
• Work closely with business to increase productivity and manage attrition.
• Responsible for the talent management plan and organisational development.
• Collaborate with COEs for manpower planning, budgeting, learning and development, and employee engagement plans.
• Drive productivity-related initiatives through data-driven insights from HR analytics.
• Implement engagement initiatives and reward & recognition programs.
• Oversee performance management and analysis.
