Our Client, a leading Private Bank is looking out for a DVP - Lead - Business Analyst/Quality to be based at Mumbai.
Mandatory:
The individual should have expert level experience in the below:
- User management, Business analysis, Team Building, Software testing. RPA, RTA and Automation testing - Preferable using uiPath
# ITPP/ CMMI/ ISO process knowledge
# DevSecOps integration and implementation, provide guidance to BA's, Testers
Job Purpose:
- As a Business Analyst and test automation Manager in SECoE team, one should access requirements, prepare vendor proposal, high level business flow, create/review FSD, and other project artifacts, track and manage project deliverables, review project artifacts, Manage escalation in case of any deviation and schedule to ensure a timely release to client as per their expectation.
- Ensure the team adheres to entire software testing life cycle, review test plan, test scenarios and test results to ensure a high-quality release to the client. Handle automation scripting and integration with DevSecOps. Provide L3 onward support to production support teams.
- As application in charge, ensure regular communication with stake holders, raise alarms, ensure governance to avoid any audit failure, provide guidance to BA's, Testers and mentor new joiners.

- Manage Production Issue resolution as per SLA.
