Job Description
Dy. Gen Manager-Sales & Marketing : He should be of about 45 yrs of age with good communication skills. Minimum he should be an engineering degree holder and Marketing MBA will be an added advantage. He must have worked in senior positions at least in medium sized companies in sales & marketing of jobbing services in heat treatment/ surface treatment & coatings, selling/marketing surface engineered components etc. He should be very dynamic & go getter. He should be in a position to understand & appreciate technical matters also because ours is a technical sales. He will be discussing more technical rather than commercial during his prospects’ visits. He should have worked on the costing of process & products to fix the prices as per company policies.
Working knowledge in Hindi is a must in addition to good fluency in English ( spoken, writing & reading).
He should be prepared to travel minimum 15 working days in a month.
He will be trained by us at our factories and if need be he will be sent to our H.Q at France for further training.

He should be very dynamic & go getter and must have good communication skills. He should be in a position to understand & appreciate technical matters also because ours is a technical sales. He will be discussing more technical rather than commercial during his prospects’ visits. Knowledge on costing & fixing pricing will be an added advantage. He will be first person to generate RFQs from prospects by identifying & visiting right prospects.
