Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic recruitment professional to lead our end-to-end hiring process for Technology & Consulting divisions. This role demands a results-driven leader with strong sourcing skills, team management experience, and a deep understanding of the tech hiring landscape.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technology and consulting roles across business units
• Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top-tier IT talent
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to meet defined KPIs
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment
• Optimize recruitment metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment, preferably in consulting or professional services
• Proven experience managing recruitment teams and meeting hiring targets
• Strong sourcing expertise across job boards, social media, and referrals
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
